I wanted to do my first giveaway right after I started my blog because its important to me that everyone I know and love gets healthy and gorgeous inside and out.   

I will be giving away my favorite book, "Crazy, Sexy, Diet," along with my newest favorite mascara!!  This book is such a fast read and Kris Carr really breaks down what is in our foods and whats holding you back from health and happiness.

  1. Its more of a health trick for my kids;) I let them pick/eat all the fruits and veggies they want before candy. Works every time..

  3. I always treat myself to a big glass of wine/tub when I have eaten really well! Great way to unwind! I have also started writing in a journal to my girls! Giving them advice and writing down the funny things they have done! :)

  4. I am loving every single post so far. They all pertain to everything I'm trying to change in my life to become more healthy. My beauty tip is DoTerra oils mixed in a water bottle with extra virgin olive oil. I leave it on the edge of my tub so that after I am done showering I use it in place of my lotion. That way it doesn't get everywhere and it works wonders for the skin. I wear a robe to get ready while it soaks in. Learned this from my good friend and massage therapist. Makes your skin feel like you've had a massage all day. I use Lavender and Myrrh essential oils to make it smell amazing. Try it, you'll love it.   5. I have the book, thanks to an adorable couple, but I'm running seriously low on mascara :)!
    My secret: If it fits into your life, get a dog...and then walk that dog at least 1 hour/day.
    My Maltese, Fred (Jack's best friend), loves HB Central Park and has become an accomplished squirrel chaser. We get our cardio workout by climbing Edwards hill twice during our outing.
    At 62, I'm feeling younger and younger...

  6. This is definitely not a secret but the first thing I tell everyone is wear your sunscreen! It's the most important thing you can do for anti aging and protecting your skin from the harsh environment! I'm also loving airbrush tans! You can still look like you have a healthy glow without damaging your skin!

  8. Loving your blog Jenn your doing awesome! I especially love it because I can use all the tips I can get I don't have many to share... I guess one random tip/thing I do is add chai seed or flax seed to everything I can... It doesn't change the flavor and is so great. My favorites to add it to are: smoothies, pancake batter, oatmeal, and pasta sauces..

  9. Love the BLOG! Love getting new tips and trying them. One tip i would say is so important for health and beauty is drinking enough water! It will keep you hydrated, and this simple thing we call water has big benefits. My skin always looks and feels better when I stay hydrated. What kind of water you drink though is a whole other topic. Again thanks for the tips and info ;)
